Joanna Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Hello Everyone!!! I'd like to introduce myself as I hope I will be often visiting this Forum and I already love the atmosphere here. My name's Joanna and I'm from Poland (so forgive me if sometimes my language will be not exactly correct) I'm 28 and not that long ago I have completed my master studies writing my thesis on George Orwell's two less known novels. Anyway I love literature and reading. So far I had little time to read what I really wanted but since I have finally found myself in UK and have the access to variety of books in English I will try to contribute to your threads and your analysis. I am also looking for new inspirations and new topics to explore. Best wishes to all. J:D Quote

Joanna Posted March 3, 2009 Author Posted March 3, 2009 Hi and welcome Johanna Your thesis sounds really interesting! What were the two novels chosen? I wrote about 'Clergyman's Daughter' and 'Coming up for Air' and the main topic was Journey to freedom - comparison of the two novels with Orwell's life. Quote
