I don't tend to read horror books but I read The Historian a while back and really enjoyed it, despite it giving me bad dreams Quote
leah86 Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Ooh I started out with the Goosebumps books and also Point Horror. I used to love them many moons ago! Although Horror/Fantasy wouldn't be my favourite genre now. Quote
Bee. Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 thank you all:mrgreen: Have you read the Black Magician trilogy. Or The Book Thief? Favourites of mine. i havent read the Black Magician trilogy, rings a bell though so will do a search. i have read The Book Thief though and i really enjoyed it. Ooh I started out with the Goosebumps books and also Point Horror. I used to love them many moons ago! Although Horror/Fantasy wouldn't be my favourite genre now. i think it was just a natural progression for most back then to go from goosebumps to point horror:lol:R.L.Stine was defo my fave point horror writer then, but i doubt i could read anything of his now lol re read the forbidden game series last year actually(was feeling nostalgic and wanted to see if they were as good as i could remember) and i actually quite enjoyed them still.
