Books for Aliens?

Ok you suddenly meet an alien from outer space. they say "Take me to your bookshop" What would you buy the alien to help him learn about the Human Race?

 

My choice would be The Downing Street Years, By Margaret Thatcher. so when the aliens take over the world they will not make the same mistake as she did:roll:

Perhaps something like The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire then when they'd all fallen asleep through boredom, we could overpower them and send them packing.

A book. It's actually a trilogy. Brilliant read. Couldn't put the books down. I read from beginning to end almost none stop. I would recommend them to anyone, even aliens.

I gotta have those books. I loved the movie - and thought the only similar book was the kid's book Del Del (which involves a little boy being possessed by an entity claiming to come from another planet.)
