Ruth
About to start According to the Rolling Stones, by...well, by the Rolling Stones:)
Ruth
Have finished According to the Rolling Stones - very interesting, and would be an excellent introduction to anyone wanting to learn more about the world's most enduring rock n roll band - and have also read Addition, by Toni Jordan. Really enjoyed it, although I am still not sure whether I liked the ending or not.
Ruth
Just finished The Other Boleyn Girl, by Philippa Gregory - I loved it and gave it 5 out of 5. About to start Born Bad, by Josephine Cox (freebie from Harper Collins).
Ruth
Just finished Born Bad, by Josephine Cox, and unfortunately was really disappointed with it. Not recommended.
Ruth
About to start The Sixth Wife by Suzannah Dunn. I am very interested in the Tudor period at the moment, so I am looking forward to this one
Ruth
Enjoyed The Sixth Wife, although it worked better as a story about a relationship between two people rather than a story set in Tudor times. Now going to start The Master and Margarita, by Mikhail Bulgakov.
Ruth
Just finished The Master and Margarita - fascinating, funny and thought provoking. I definitely recommend this one. Am about to start an easy re-read - The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole, by Sue Townsend. This series never fails to make me laugh out loud. Chrissy
About to start The Time Traveler's Wife - I feel like I am the only person in the world who hasn't read it yet! I only started it this week, so you are not alone! I'm flying through the book, really enjoying it. How about you?
Ruth
I've only just started it, so it's difficult to tell, but I definitely have good feelings about it. You know when you start a book, and from very early on you just know you're going to enjoy it? That's what I feel about this one.
~Andrea~
Finished The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole. I have read these books before, and always enjoy them. These books (well the teenage ones) are on my 'to be read again' list, because I'd like to read the ones where he is an adult one day. Have you read the later ones? Ruth
No, I've read the first three (several times)! and have the rest on my tbr. They're really quick reads, so I hope to finish the series by the end of this year:)
Ben
How you doing with Time Travellers Wife? Got it on Mount TBR, your thoughts would be insightful.
Ruth
Absolutely loving it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone - I'm only halfway through, so there's chance for it to all go pear-shaped, but I don't think it will! Ruth
Finished The Time Traveler's Wife, and highly recommend it. Fab book - I gave it 5 out of 5. Going to start Misery by Stephen King next. I must have had this book for the best part of 10 years, and still haven't read it. It sits there on my shelf making me feel guilty, so it's about time I read it!

Not sure what to expect - I think I only bought it because it was a 'try me for 99p' from Waterstones. Looks quite good though:)
