Just having breakfast mixed with lunch now before college. Two small boiled eggs, some plain crusty bread and cheddar and some tea. Yum.

What a tasty brunch!

Tonight I'm planning on Jacket Spuds with marinaded chicken (spicy marinade)!

Haha yeah, dairy and bread are two things I can do unprocessed and somewhat healthy (as healthy as dairy allows!) and really enjoy.

I love jacket potatoes. First discovered them in an enid Blyton book as a child. I always loved her dinners and particularly picnics. They weren't 'crisps and chocolate and sweeties and coke and 7up', they were 'jams sandwiches, a bottle of milk, some blackberries they could pick down by the river when they got there' or something similar lol.

It's popcorn for me tonight! Tuesdays are my 10-11 hour work day and I am never in the mood to cook anything up these nights. Oh, maybe I'll throw in an orange... hopefully peeling one won't be too much work, lol.

I forgot to ask you Lily, what's a 'jacket potato?' I've never heard of that before! Do you mean a baked potato with the skin on?

That's exactly it Peacefield. Yummy

LOL! What about some pasta? Boiled pasta mixed with butter and grated cheese is great fast food!

I love this, although I add a bit of garlic in whilst the pasta is cooking and sometimes a pinch of mixed herbs. Lovely!

Tonight is casserole night. With crusty bread.

Mmmm pasta sounds delicious you guys! Especially with the cheese, butter, herbs and garlic. I think I may even have some Fontina cheese in the fridge so I could make it EXTRA melty! Well, we'll see how I feel in about 6 hours, lol.

Jacket potato sounds like a much cuter name, Lily! Do you guys have 'jacket potato bars' over there? They are popular here at work. People like to slather them with sour cream, cheese, and whatever else they can dip into along the line of fixings.
