SaraPepparkaka
My mother picked up the boys from school and daycare and made dinner for us. Minced meat beef, potatos, sauce, salad. Just basic food but I was very grateful since I have fever and have not been feeling much like doing anything . Mothers are a true gift, no matter how old one gets. Charm
What are garlic fries? they sound nice! Roast or fry pieces of potato - whatever size you like. I don't like ours too small, some places make them about the size of a dice but I prefer ours to be a good bite size. Before serving place them on the roasting tray like you would oven chips, drizzle garlic butter over them and put them back in a hot oven for about 5 mins. Or to cheat - cook some oven chips as instructed and then drizzle the garlic butter over them and put back in the oven for 5 mins! Yum

Echo
I'm probably going to have my favorite organic tomato soup. I always melt in some cheddar cheese and top it with croutons. The croutons get all soft and melty! Sooooo good.
