I like beetroot too, but definately not for breakfast !

For tea tonight though we had a stir fry with various vegetables, scrambled eggs and soy sauce. Rather yummy it was too. :D

Date night, and I get to choose the spot: Probably a buffet, with lots of options. Uh-oh, that spells one word: FAT

We had roti and dal.

I currently have an apple crumble in the oven. Yes, I know it's 23:30, but there aren't any rules about what time you're allowed to bake things. My mother's gone to the hospital because she's hurting from the car crash she was in yesterday so it shall be served with custard when she returns

Made chicken enchiladas last night and there's enough for the whole forum to come on over and eat! ( huge baking tray, not as many guests as expected ) so THAT's for dinner until it's gone!!

Am no well past the point of being able to get bthered about cooking, so I'm cheating and ordering a pizza in tonight. I think I'll have a thin and crispy one loaded up with veg and pineapple (Dale will want a deep pan pepperoni) and we'll have some cheesy garlic gread on the side too. We don't often order in pizza (I prefer to make my own from scratch to be honest), but sometimes I just cannot be bothered to get off my butt and make dinner.

I might even be tempted to order some Ben and Jerry's while I'm at it - very naughty, I know, but if you can't treat yourself when you're 38 weeks preggo, when can you?
