These are beef rolls filled with minced meat, hard boiled eggs, bacon, parsley herbs, and cheese. The meat is rolled and fastened with a couple of toothpicks, put in a dish with potatoes and gravy and cooked in the oven.

Looks like we have a new place to get out pizza as it is only 7 minutes away. The other place, Napoli's, took about 18 minutes to get there, but it was also very good.

The gravy was ok, but it went wrong because at the precise moment I was doing it, Katie got stuck and I had to rescue her instead of stiring it. Plus, she only ate her sausage and wouldn't have her mash:roll:
