Remember I played the fiddle for a while, not well though and gave it up. Also, played the mountain dulcimer, still have the Dulcimer but stopped playing it years ago. My Dulcimer is a good one as it was made by Tom Fellenbaum in Black Mountain NC (Blue Ridge Mountains) Tom's Dulcimers are known for their quality.

(This is a song from 1954. I loved the song when it was released and still love it. James Lee Burke, one of my favorite book authors, says that when he hears the song the hair on his arms stands up.  Burke wrote a book of short stories and one of the stories is about Johnny Ace) 🙂

The Teen Queens' song "Eddie My Love", originally entitled "Johnny My Love", was written in memory of Ace.)
