I'm in a reading group and I truly enjoy the experience. There are 25 people or so in my group.. and I'm one of the youngest. We decided to go like this: one month we read a classic and the other month we read something more contemporary. We started last march, so it's not so long, but I already have a lot of friends! We share opinions and advices. Last week I went to the library and there was a book dropped for me by another member of the group. It has a post-it on saying " I know you would like this one." You know what? I really enjoyed that book but I would never ever picked it up if it was for me because I didn't appreciate the author.

I'm reading two books of an italian writer, so I won't write the titles because it's useless for you. But she's really good, I have to give her other chances and stop underestimating her just because she's italian. Still waiting for Dry.. Burroughs is famous here.. unbelievable.

Thank you very much, my dears!! Viola is sleeping a lot, which is quite unusual for her. The vet says it's normal because pills make her feel very tired for the first days. She has just eaten and we did a small walk. It seems she's breathing a little better.. I hope for the best. Bobblybear, Reuben must be a real fun. Emelee, Neo is wonderful. Miss Mabel, Labrador are so cute: I do the dogsitter for a funny labrador sometimes... and puts her huge head on my lap everytime she wants something. Consider yourself invited Frankie!! But I'd keep my expectations on Italy quite low if I were you: we have wonderful dishes, marvellous art and incredible history.. but we're still italian: keen on frauding other people and with a lopsided sense of reality.

I went to the vet today because my oldie Viola isn't well lately. She has some problem with her heart, the vet gave me some pills.. we'll see. I know she is 12 and I have to start to think about that sad moment.. but it's so hard. Anyway, she's eating now and she seems a little better.

Napoli.. wonderful. I'm in the north east of Italy, Rovigo. Anyway, we can learn English here and teach something about Italian dishes!

We discussed - for 3 long hours - on Wuthering Heights: I always feel fine when I can talk about books.. that's why we're all her, isn't it? My cousin is pregnant and my mommy went mad: she's knitting litteraly everything!! I think the baby is going to have wollen underwear too.
