He's not on steroids; he seems to have settled down, hungerwise. I mean he still begs regularly (he's a lab after all ), but he's not frantically hungry like he was after he was ill. He had his stitches out on Wednesday, and we took him straight out for a run through the woods. He got bullied by another dog, but lucky it was muzzled, so no harm done, though he was a bit nervous around other dogs he met later on. He's been for a run on the beach today, and this evening he had another run in the woods. He's zonked out on the floor now, bless him. Oh, and he's still trying to hump the odd pillow, so I guess the neutering doesn't have any effect on that.
