I think it's getting back to its old self this series. The last one was very tired but maybe they have new writers for this one. Amy and Sheldon were just brilliant last week.
The Shepherd's Crown.
Not because it was a great book but because it was the last Discworld book. Pratchett has been such a major part of my life that reading the last one felt like an unavoidable goodbye. My eyes still fill when I think about it.
And the last page of the book is still crinkly from my tears.
I agree! Mark Ruffalo was way better. I've got two left for Phase One.
My favourite so far has been Thor. But my favourite character is definitely Agent Carter. I adore that woman!
I just bought Phase One and Two on DVD and have watched the first three, not including The Hulk cos I can't stand Ed Norton.
Good way to spend a day off work!
In my mind, there's no difference. There's been so many versions of Clara that anyone of them is Clara. And I can't stand any of them.
Can't wait until Moffatt is gone. Then I can go back to watching one of my favourite shows.
I wouldn't hold your breath on that one....
They've nearly killed her so many times that I wouldn't bet on her not coming back. She is Moffat's favourite Mary Sue.
And remember: Moffatt lies.
You're right. I don't know if it was nerves on his first night or what. He may be better this week. And they all do it live so... they can't get it right every time.
I agree on Boycott but the one I really can't bear is Ed Smith. He loves the sound of his own voice. When he asks the pundit a question he goes on for so long that I've forgotten what the start of the question was by the time he's finished. And so has the pundit quite often! And it's not as if he has an interesting voice. He is so bland! Simon Mann is much the same.
I miss CMJ so much. And Blowers as he only does London tests now.
