Me too! Maybe we could talk Michelle into changing the name of the forum to 'Lazy Unoriginal Nitwits Club Forum' Hm... sarcasm would be more satisfying if the OP was actually going to read this. Since he can't/won't it takes a bit of the fun.

I haven't started it but really want to soon here. It looks like a great story (according to the Synopsis) and has gotten great reviews so far. Mostly I've just been reading Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare. Its by far my favorite book of hers yet.

Isn't that the funniest thing? I can't read at 'home' even if it's quiet unless I have ear buds in because it HAS to be totally silent for me to read, but if I'm on a break at work and it's noisy or in public somewhere the bustling and noise doesn't bother me at all (usually).

I was supposed to be eating a fish taco but somehow the fast food people managed to put chicken in it *sigh* Chicken doesn't taste very good with tarter sauce.

Actually, most vending machines around here have Pop Tarts in them, they're so popular We have another form of them called Toaster Streudels that are delicious but come frozen and are made of fruit goo and puff pastry. After you toast them you squeeze icing onto them and eat. Something tells me Rory and Lorelai would approve of those as well.

I've added a few more books to my pretty little library this last week: Traveling with Pomegranates by Sue Monk Kidd and Ann Kidd Taylor Ghost Country by Patrick Lee The Breach by Patrick Lee Shadow Fall by Erin Kellison Shadow Bound by Erin Kellison Thanks for the Memories by Cecelia Ahern Filthy Shakespeare (Shakespeare's Most Outrageous Sexual Puns) by Pauline Kiernan and an audio book: A Secret Kept by Tatiana De Rosnay Best of all, the total I spent on all of those books was $8.00!!! All except for Thanks for the Memories and Filthy Shakespeare were free Once I've finished Clockwork Angel I think I may start the Shakespeare book because after flipping through it a bit it looks absolutely hillarious. I also bought a book called The Beatles- A Life in Pictures for $5.00 that is literally just a picture book. That one I am planning on cutting up for a bit of an art project. I bought 3 canvases and am planning on making a collage across all 3 of them.

You don't have Pop Tarts? *faints* They are so delicious! The strawberry or cherry kind are my favs but they have tons of flavors from fruits to several forms of chocolate (one that is calle 'Smores that has chocolate, marshmallow goo and a graham cracker crust!) I want a 'Luke'. He is adorable throughout the series, but in the beginning when you're first getting to know his character you really notice how sweet he is and how much he cares for Lorelai and Rory even though he doesn't realize it yet.

If you are a writer (I take it that you are) then it really baffles me how you can be calling your audience thoughtless, unoriginal idiots. Readers are very loyal to the writers they enjoy and if you would take a few minutes to look around at the other threads on this forum you would see that we have a very diverse group made up of readers, writers, reviewers and story lovers in general. Many of those who are readers on here review the books they've read and share their thoughts- aka, they WRITE original, personal thoughts. Many operate their own blogs where they post these reviews and other musings and if you've ever spoken with a professional writer you would know that they frequently visit the blogs of their readers so that they can get ideas for their work and get feedback from their audience to help them in their future projects. The literary world is one big never-ending circle, we all help each other to branch out and grow. Before you post again, would you please just take a look around and get the feel for your audience here?
