I really want to read Stephen Fry's books. I think the man is a genius. I recently found one of his books - Making History - in my local charity shop which is sitting at home in my TBR pile. Has anyone read this one?

Me too Nici I just watched the first episode of True Blood and I couldn't get into it. It's not as good as Twilight. Team Edward

Just looked this up on the internet - so these books are what the TV show True Blood is based on. I have been looking forward to watching this. I will be looking for the books the next time I'm at the bookshop. Thanks Lexie

I would really like to read a few of Charles Dickens books. I have Great Expectations at home which I still have to get around to reading. I would also like to read A Christmas Carol (my favourite christmas film ), David Copperfield and Bleak House.

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer When 17 year old Isabella Swan moves to Forks, Washington to live with her father she expects that her new life will be as dull as the town. But in spite of her awkward manner and low expectations, she finds that her new classmates are drawn to this pale, dark-haired new girl in town. But not, it seems, the Cullen family. These five adopted brothers and sisters obviously prefer their own company and will make no exception for Bella. Bella is convinced that Edward Cullen in particular hates her, but she feels a strange attraction to him, although his hostility makes her feel almost physically ill. He seems determined to push her away ? until, that is, he saves her life from an out of control car. Bella will soon discover that there is a very good reason for Edward's coldness. He, and his family, are vampires ? and he knows how dangerous it is for others to get too close. My Thoughts Wow!! I really enjoyed reading this book and I thought it was alot better than the movie. I loved how the story was told in first person from the perspective of Bella - how it gave more detail to how she felt towards Edward and to the way she reacted to certain things he did. The love between Bella and Edward was both poignant and compelling. Twilight is a simple vampire love story yet beautifully written.

My Twilight books were delivered today I'm away to start reading Twilight and will try to finish Pride and Prejudice at some point. I have bought so many books these past few weeks that I have still to read so I will be kept busy for a while
