  1. Currently read The Bone Garden by Tess Gerritsen and I'm quite enjoying it actually. Hoping to read You Can't Hide by Karen Rose once I'm finished!
  2. Oh yes that's the one! The amount of make up some of the people wear would keep the Notting Hill Carnival going for a couple of years!
  3. I know! Then they're sat being interviewed saying it costs them about
  4. I quite like Snog, Marry, Avoid - didn't know it was back on! Now that's car crash TV. God the absolute state of some of those girls! I think some of them wear even less than Katie Price on a big night out!
  5. I agree, I remember going to see a Harry Potter film a couple of years ago and a boy was sat behind me and I could hear him saying 'This is what happens next... blah, blah, blah' annoying! I try to go to the over 18 showings of films as much as possible now! Also, who walks around with a smile on their face all the time? What's wrong with them!
  6. I am hoping to watch Grey's Anatomy at 10pm on Living TV. I think it's the only programme that I've actually watched since the start! Gave up on Lost, 24 etc after the first series!
  7. That's great, thanks! I've ordered it from the library so hopefully should get soon..
  8. I've seen some of his books and after reading the good reviews, I'm going to reserve some from the library! What order should I read them in?! Thanks.
  9. I've read this and enjoyed it! I've read most of her books and they do exactly what they say on the tin - likeable and lighhearted!
  10. I remember reading these when I was a teen - I used to be too scared to sleep sometimes! Some of them were grim. I used to read some of the 'Sweet Dreams' books too and they were just utter cheese!
  11. I've read Five People you Meet in Heaven and really enjoyed it. I had in my TBR pile for ages and for some reason it didn't seem to jump out at me! Glad I eventually got around to reading it though. His next book 'For One More Day' was just as good too actually so maybe give that a read and let me know what you think of it...
  12. I'm a fan of both to be honest. I've read them all and I think I was just as hooked after reading Twilight and the Philosophers Stone. I think I was quite lucky that I started reading them, found out I quite liked them and was able to get the next book straight away without having to wait ages until the next one was published!
  13. I might have to read the book now! I never realised it was actually based on a book until I read it on here. Good film though, bit strange given the subject and almost funny in some parts but good film all the same.
  14. I've actually seen all the films but for some reason haven't actually read any of the books - not sure I'd be able to stomach them! I still get haunted just by thinking of Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs! I was watching South Park the other night and Cartman was playing a game called 'Lambs' which is basically him doing the whole 'it puts the lotion on it's skin........ impression - it made me laugh and I doubt I'll be able to watch this bit in the the film again without laughing! Might give the books a go actually!
  15. Mine was actually 'Let the Right One it' and I actually watched it last night. I thought it was really good - not sure why I took so long to watch it! Looking forward to the final Harry Potter films and the Twilight films. It'll be interesting to see how they do 'Breaking Dawn'
  16. I watched this at the cinema and came out feeling really sick! I think it was the jerky camera movements - I daren't watch 'The Blair Witch Project as I might actually be sick!
  17. I saw this last year and thought it was really good too. I watched 'Let the Right One In' last night - brilliant film!
  18. I read the book about 4 years ago and thought it was brilliant! It had me hooked from the first page. This was the first of Harlen Coben's books that I read and I've since read a lot of them. I saw the film last year and it's really good - they've changed quite a bit though. It's set in France for starters with French actors. Kristen Scott Thomas is in it though and speaks French the entire film. Make sure you don't mind subtitles before you start watching it!
  19. I know - I'm always on here!

I think it's actually getting in the way of my reading!!

  20. I've discussed this on other threads and I think I'm in the minority of not having to pay for reserved books! Bit of relief as I'm always online finding books to read!
  21. I think I'd get too comfortable and be in there all day!!
  22. I loved this book! It really grabbed me from the first few pages and I'll admit to crying a couple of times too!
  23. I imagine that will be the case for me - just picked up Clean Cut from the library this morning along with The Bone Garden by Tess Gerritsen so I'll be busy reading all weekend!
  24. Brilliant - I will do! Thanks.
