  2. You should have seen my face, it was a little like Anim
  3. Aww, the other cat we had actually went crazy too, she ran off and lived in an abandoned warehouse.

  4. It was Gizmo! I loved that name lmao, it's from an old horror film called 'gremlins' - one of the 'nice' creatures was called that.

  5. Aww haha, I remember my cat never used to stop running about!

  6. My parents have a dog who we had since she was around 2 years old, she's very crazy but friendly xD And we used to have two cats in the past, i really want a cat in the next few years, they're so curious and fun!

  7. Hey, thanks ^_^ I love your pet pictures, cats are awesome!

  8. I actually watch some random anim

    Tennis

Managed to catch the last set, was brilliant. I kinda feel sorry for Federer though, but then again he's had more than his fair share of sucesses!
  11. Salem's Lot is a great book, i recently read it again and watched the film adaptation (meh) it's not too disturbing in my opinion compared to some events in his other novels. IT is very disturbing for various reasons. He does put some strange stuff in his stories that leave me thinking eeeeeeh Steve???

    Hallo *wave*

So many welcomes! thanks everyone ^.^
  14. I didn't realise you were relatively new either! Welcome
  15. I was constantly reading throughout teen years, i do think i was most definitely in the minority though. I always hung out in the library and waterstones, t'is just so cool being around books, i don't know why, they really do have a presence about them xD
  16. I agree! (concerning The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon) I read it a while ago and on the surface it doesn't seem frightening, but when you really start to get into it and the mindset of the girl and thinking about how you'd feel in that situation, it does play with your head. I really liked the book looking back, quite a simple idea but very well written. Stephen King is one of my favourite authors and i've read a lot of his work, just about to finish The Dark Tower series for the second time (only about 250 pages of the last book to go) it's absolutely amazing, i love the characters so much. It's so many genres and ideas rolled into one too xD
  17. MINT CHOC CHIP everytime!
  18. I know it's bad, but i tend to read several at once >_< it depends on my mood and what kind of tale i want to get into at that particular moment. It involves a lot of re-reading which is annoying, as suddenly i might just decide to go back to another book. Terrible habit!
  19. Out of all i've read of his work, i also think Digital Fortress was kinda dull. As for Angels and Demons, i much prefer it to The Da Vinci Code. I felt a lot of DVC was just speech and moving from one place to the other. I really got into Angels and Demons and the twists were brilliant.
  20. Welcome to the forum, hope you settle in quickly!
