Still making my way through Bonk by Mary Roach. Not enjoying it all that much. I guess its too science-y for me? Hoping I can find the motivation to finish it soon so I can start up another book asap!

I used to use any scrap piece of paper or price tags from clothes as bookmarks. At the beginning of this year I bought myself a Joker (the Dark Knight) bookmark and have been using it since. I've collected "the Office" and "True Blood" bookmarks since then

Went to a second hand store yesterday and picked up Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, Life of Pi by Yann Martel and High Fidelity by Nick Hornby

Haven't had time to get much reading done lately. Gonna spend the next little while reading Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk and hopefully finishing it.
Finished Survivor. Another great Palahniuk book! Started reading Bonk by Mary Roach.

Finished The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society yesterday. Enjoyed the book, thought it was cute! Started The Shack tonight, 80 pages in. I like it so far. I'm not religious and up to this point the books religious subject hasn't gotten annoying or anything. I'm curious to see how this turns out

That's a very good book. A friend who works in a bookshop in Toronto brought me over a copy last year. I believe Lawrence Hill is from Toronto himself.
I've been hearing a ton of great reviews on this book! I'm excited to read it

Finished Mystic River by Dennis Lehane, loved it! The movie stayed true to the book, such an interesting story

For my German book I use a "The Office" book mark with Michael on it. For my daily reading I use a Batman bookmark with Joker on it and "Why so Serious?" haha and my comicbook has a True Blood bookmark

Went to a second hand shop today that had a used book section. Picked up 10 books for $16! Some of which I've had on my wishlist for awhile now! yay. I got:

Picked up a Journal, German phrase book and an art book about Andy Warhol last night during an impromptu hangout with my bff! Got a few more chapters read of Mystic River by Dennis Lehane. Liking it a lot, just wish I had more time to read. Busy Busy!
