  12. I suppose they won't be bringing my favourite character from the 1st series back! I loved Dr. John "Tag" Tagliari - Rick Rossovich was soooooooo yummy! I hated when they wrote him out of the series! (I'd have chosen him over George Clooney any day!)
  13. Glad you thought so, Ben. I actually think it was my worst because I wrote it when I was exhausted. The thing I am trying to do with my reviews is give a bit of an overview of the book, tell what I liked/didn't like about the book, but at the same time not give anything too vital away as I would not want to have someone think I had ruined the book by giving everything away! Not sure if I am succeeding, but I haven't had any complaints so far, lol.
  14. At Christmas, we need to seduce the shopper all over again, like a spouse trying to reignite the flame. ~ The secret Shopper's Revenge by Kate Harrison

  16. Hi Beth, glad you enjoyed The Book Thief so much! I guess I should perservere with it, then? I am only about 80 pages in, but I am sooooooo bored with it, or was, I guess because I stopped reading it in favour of other books (I have since read 3 other books) & really can't seem to find the energy to go back to this. You said it had you gripped from the start - can I ask why?
  17. Inver, I would have been incredibly disappointed had you lost! Please tell me what is the deal with your national coach always starting the lovely Chris Patterson on the bench?
  18. We had Chicken stew & brown bread.
  19. Oh oh! However, I think we can let it pass, seeing as you've been quite ill & all!
  20. I finished reading The Shakespeare Secret earlier tonight (review) I thought that this book was really god - packed with information about Shakespeare, fast ppaced, well written. All in all, a very enjoyable read! 7.5/10
  21. Leah, yes you should add it to your wish list! I loved it!
  22. I think that something like that would be good for me to have around for the days when my hands are too sore to shape into a grip to hold anything, but luckily that's not often (yet) so I wouldn't want to spend a lot of money!
  23. Hey Mick, haven't seen you around much lately, you alright? I miss your funny "Now what are you wearing" posts! PS: How's the goat?

  24. Mine's still watching, cheering Ireland on. I've had enough rugby for today!
