Thanks Lexi! I knew about Andorra by Peter Cameron but decided to give that one a pass because it is supposedly set in Andorra, but is so inaccurate. Haven't heard of the other one so will definately have to check it out!

Roxi, I didn't ask for you to send it back, did I?
-
Phew! The funny thing is that I can't remember which ones it was that I didn't like either. I think it was the Rhune series, or it might be the John Pellam series.
-
Do you have My Sister's Keeper, Roxi? If not, let me know & I'll send you mine to read.

Hi Rosalind!
-
I wouldn't be surprised at all to see that all Deaver's books are amazing whether they are Lincoln Rhyme -books or not...
Well........................There have been a couple that I didn't like, but that could just be me, I suppose.
-
I was thinking the same thing, but didn't suggest it just in case she doesn't like the 1st one (though how that is possible is truly beyond me!). Especially since the second one is better than the 1st one.............Ok you should take the second one too, Kimmy!

It will definately be a good holiday read!

D-D-D-d-d-d-d-dare I guess?Sure, guess away! Be careful though, if you know my identity...I may have to kill you
But deliciously duplicitous, devious, darkly demented Dexter would never hurt an innocent like Chrissy!

Except for, I fear, Beth. Perhaps I am wrong, but her post didn't seem as though she was exactly taken with the book. Shame, that!
-
Would you be excited by any chance Ceinwenn
Only a little bit, Charm!

How about something by Jeffrey Deaver? I would highly recommend the Lincoln Rhyme series
Personally, I would recommend any of his books

How come a bookmark isn't one of the options? I know it's a strange thing using a bookmark as a ..................bookmark. lol! I don't have any realy peculiar habits, other than I need to be in comfy clothes to really enjoy reading. PJ's preferable.

I've seen one episode of it & thought it was really good, but keep forgetting that it's on!

For England I decided to read a book by a fairly recently discovered author - Linda Gillard. I had read (and loved) her book Emotional Geology, so decided to read Star Gazing (my review) as my choice for England. I couldn't have made a better choice if I had tried! I know that there are a few others on here who have read this & I know that equally, they loved it as much as I did! I think Linda has a wonderful gift of storytelling and I am sooo happy that there is a very smart publisher (or two) out there who also recognised that fact. I think Linda's books speak to a very large market & I for one will sing her praises far & wide in the hopes that people search out & buy her wonderful books!
