I remember being told the same thing when our school got computers "all anyone will have to carry a year from now is a floppy disk"..still waiting.

I meant in the uk, however generally that is the case, downloading is at worst a civil offense not a criminal one.

It is not illegal to download for personal usage. it is *uploading* thats the illegal part.

I love Adrian Mole books, I read them when I was young and they are partly what got me into reading, I always laugh when I think about the Adrian Mole cappuccino years and his boss puts up a sign that excludes almost anyone from the building and Adrian see's a woman who fills almost every category crying.

you should, I once got a woman on the other end who said "where did you get it mine needs doing" and I said "you work..selling kitchens.." she just laughed and implied that she would not touch the ones she was selling with a barge pole, good times.

winding up tele marketers. asking odd questions like "will this get in the way of the chandelier" or " do you do those windows with platinum trim" or if they ask how old the kitchen is "it should be finished in 10 min"

I was young when mark was the host, but he was insulting in that sort of "its only a joke" where as simon just..he cant pull it off , preston was on with mark and never left, and mark gave him more abuse. I like simon, but he's a poor second imo.
