Hello and Heather! I'm Nici and it's ncie to have you here1 I am a Stephen King fan as well and am currently reading The Stand! It's taking ages but well worth it!

Had lunch at my sister's today - fresh uncut bread, smoked salmon and cream cheese and a custard tart and two cups of tea, lovely!

Oh wouldn't that be fab! I love christmas cooking and do a lot of entertaining so that would be great!

I do love Nigella's style of cooking! The fact that she doesn't care about calories and fat content is great! Her food always looks delicous!

I have been reading this for over a month and im not quite half way through yet... I wish I had more time to read!!

I like sitting outside (weather permitting!) and also reading in bed but unfortunately these days I tend to fall asleep after a coule of pages.

Yep Im reading the unabridged version and I'm finding it not hard going at all. In fact I am finding this the easiest Stephen King I have read! I agree. This book could have quite easily have been written yesterday. It is still just as relevant now as when it was written. Lol! Certainly I would find it hard to find a book that would EVER come close to this book. It is a fasinating read, an element of "it could happen" keeps you gripped and I for one am throughly enjoying reaing it and would recommend it to anyone!

Yep me too. Hate hate hate it. I will do anything to avoid it.. I am actually quite paranoid about catching bugs as well
