  5. Anyone who is interested in the legend of King Arthur and the knights of the round table will love this book!-It is called Queen of Camelot by Nancy McKenzie, its a real page turner! In the past i havn't really liked old history fiction but this is brilliant!
  6. I have read all of Martins Cole's books and think they are fantastic! As she tends to publish her new books in the autumn, for the past couple of years my son has got me her new book for Christmas! Great!
  7. My favourite book was The Valley of the Horses as i loved the relationship forming between Ayla and Jondalar. But the whole series had me hooked and i read all five books in a row solidly! Does anyone know when number six is due to be finished?
  8. I keep reading in threads how much you have enjoyed Kate Moss - The Labyrinth, so i thought i would let you know about an author called Barbara Erskine. She too writes books which go back and forth during history and i havn't read one of her books that i didn't love! (I havn't read the two short story books as I like long books!) I have kept every one of her books and they take pride and place on my bookshelf!
  9. What a brilliant series of books! Begining with Clan of the Cave Bear, this series has to be my most favourite books of all time! They are very different to any books i have ever read as they are set in the Ice Age but they kept me turning the page and all my friends who i have lent the books to have agreed with me! Jean Auel has put in an huge amount of research into these books and i am eagerly awaiting book number 6!
