My fave red wine, when at Center Parcs and is usually their house red in some of the restaurants if you ask for it is Echo Falls. In fact the red, white and rose are all very quaffible! OH and I opened a bottle of red last night and it was was a bit fizzy and had loads of gunk in the bottom:irked:. Needless to say it went down the sink.

Tattie & leek soup (with grated cheese on the top), crusty bread, mince & tatties, rhubarb crumble & custard.....my god I'd never be able to eat all that....it would probably kill me....

Just to say that it is now out in paperback. OH and I picked up a copy today in Waterstones, just happened to be browsing. I must get around to reading the 2nd & 3rd ones sometime though, when I have no idea:blush:

Noted...my eldest Andy was out and didn't see it. Must remind him. 11.30pm ish.....off to watch it again as Andy is wanting to watch it. How many tissues will I need this time??

'When the Morning Comes' by Cindy Woodsmall Joined a bookring via Bookcrossing for this one. Well written story about Hannah and her life within the Amish community. This is the second book and continues the story of Hannah and what happens when she moves away to make a new life without Paul. He continues to try to come to terms with life without her, but she changes her name and doesn't want to be found. However by the end of the book events have happened and she is eventually found and sent for. Can't wait to read the third book to see how it all ties together.

Did you watch the start of the new series tonight. Mac was OK....what a guy. You can't keep him down for long. Loved it at the end when they got the guy and he read out the list of things he was being charged with and then said ' but most of all because you pi...ed me off' As Kenny said...'you just been served mate'

Been a while since I read it I have to admit, but I think I know what you mean. Think it was one of the first books I did on Bookcrossing, have found what I said about it.
I found this a very easy read and enjoyed all the characters within 'The Reading Group'. It didn't disappoint at the end as some books do and leave you with 'is that it'. They seemed like a solid group of friends to me and all looked out for each other, although sometimes didn't always get on and each was allowed to have their own opinions.
