  1. Shaun of the Dead All of the Harry Potters Love Actually Woman in Black Nightmare Before Christmas I used to love Free Willy, but then about a year ago I started looking into the effects of keeping killer whales in captivity for a project, and I haven't been able to finish watching it because I've dissolved into tears every time and end up looking like I've just sniffed a hundred onions!
  2. I love all of Mike Oldfield's stuff. It's great isn't it? I've grown up listening to it as my dad's a big fan- Tubular Bells II is probably the best one though!
  3. Glad you're enjoying it here!
  4. Tubular Bells http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OtaBSzk3FvE&NR=1&feature=endscreen
  5. I was thoroughly disappointed with the film adaptation of Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper. I had to watch it in a RE lesson a couple of years ago when we were discussing saviour siblings, and everyone said what a good film it was, but they completely changed the ending of a beautiful story.
  6. I've read a hundred pages of Miranda Hart's Is It Just Me? today as I've been in bed with flu. It really did cheer me up! Yesterday I bought the book of David Attenborough's Africa series from Tesco for £9 (instead of the RRP £25) so I shall be reading that soon!
  7. Definitely, but they're so good, especially for lovers of nature, pre-history and magic. I would recommend them to anyone who's interested in these- the second one (Spirit Walker) is the best (and not just because of the killer whales! ). I may have to dig them out again at some point! XD
  8. I used to read Michelle Paver's Chronicles of Ancient Darkness series a lot. I used to love Wolf! I thought the Hunters were also great, but, as killer whales (and my all-time number one favourite animal) that was inevitable even though they were only featured in one book!
  9. Just had a Quorn cheese escalope with chips and peas. Comfort food after a stressful couple of weeks!
  10. Mike Oldfield- Man in the Rain. I've always loved Mike Oldfield, something I've definitely inherited from my dad! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMN5lfvKveI
  11. Peppers stuffed with couscous and homemade cottage cheese, and a Mexican veggie burger.
  12. My brother and I watched Nightmare Before Christmas the other night. I love this film so much!
  13. At my old school, nobody read much, which was sad. However, since coming to my current school for sixth form, I can get into really long conversations with other people about our favourite authors/genres and even have debates about some books, which is good fun! However, I have to admit that, since starting sixth form, everyone seems to have slowed down on their reading.
  14. I hope to start Miranda Hart's Is It Just Me? tonight. I've really slowed on the reading front of late!
  15. Half term, woo! :D

  18. Hermione Granger. She has Ron Weasley as a boyfriend!
  19. I won't touch Twilight, nor will I read autobiographies. I just can't stand either of them.
