  1. There are quite a few there apparently, plus there's lots of things to do.

Are you doing anything on your holidays? If so, what've you done/doing? This year I've lost both of my cats (my avatar is Teazle, who passed away 3 weeks ago, my profile picture is Rosie who died in January) so in 13 days I'm getting new kittens, and on Saturday I'm going to the west country for a week. How bout you?

  2. Happy birthday Princess! :5birthday:
  3. Mind if I come with you to Ireland? :tong:

  4. Yeah, Dover. I don't like it, I wish I lived in the West Country. Where abouts in France do you live?

  5. The whole of the Harry Potters, the two Ice Ages and I have quite a few Tudor things.
  6. Only once, which was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on the way to our holiday once, I didn't put it down. Oh, and I did 'And That's When It Fell Off In My Hand' by Louise Rennison in 2 sittings.
  7. Hi again Val. I like Harry Potter , the Louise Rennison stuff and a few other things. Et toi?

  8. Hi Colin! I think that the book is much, much better. I'd seen the film before and thought it was good, but when I read the book I was like, "Oh my god, I can't believe they've changed the book so much for the film!" And I also found it well-written, as with The Lost World. Definitely better than the film
  9. I read when I'm on a long car journey (I get incredibly bored of sitting there doing nothing). I mainly read at about 7 to 9 in the evening, while listening to Radio 1 or a CD
  10. Ooh, good question! I love Pirate FM when I'm in the west, and I just can't get enough of Radio 1. I also listen to KM FM and Invicta (two of our local radio stations) quite a bit- I listen to most channels, really- I can't get enough of music these days.
  11. Thanks for the suggestion! Angel, methinks I'm about to hit your shelves again!
  12. Autobiographies. I cannot stand them!
  13. I got my reading habits from Angel
  14. Sadly, no  Nice to see you settling in well!

  15. The Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging series are quite funny...
  16. I've never cried over a book, though I've come close to it on two particular books. Waves by Sharon Dogar because it was so touching; and Black Beauty by Anna Sewell because I couldn't imagine horses being treated so badly.
  17. I've only got two to read after the one I'm on!
  18. Believe me Kate, she does and will!
  19. Hiya Val! :welcomebcf: I see you're of a similar age to me- I'm 13. Welcome!

  20. Hi Val! I have now got someone else of my age group to talk to (I'm 13). Welcome!
  21. Hiya Collin,
  22. Spooncat, I'm so sorry to hear about your little girl

  23. I know, we need it. Hope the weather cheers up, methinks it's going to bucket it down in a minute! :intherain:

  24. Tiger

Aaw, sweet! Stewie and Smudge will be 7 weeks old when Angel and I get them in a couple of weeks :)

  25. Hiya Jo! Hope you're alright.
