  1. Ooh exciting, I always wanted to play Nancy so I could sing Oom pa pa Fingers crossed for you hun
  2. Its nothing but a sales gimmik when they say a certain book is for people with brains and the people who buy a book purely on that reason are surely so far up themselves to believe that they are more brainier than others just for reading that book!!!! I second you on that Michelle, but we both surely know that only egotistical people would buy into that 'label'
  3. I have this on my pile to be read and am waiting for just the right moment when I need something light
  4. Everything has to just right for me, from the characters and plot, to the wording and way its presented. If the characters are brilliant, yet its written all higgotty piggotty then its not well-written. A far-fetched plot is good, if its written in a way that even if you can't quite believe it, you enjoy reading it anyway.
  5. LOL I love Oliver Will you be in it Tiger?
  6. My version of well-written, is just that, my version. I am hoping that you are not saying that because I read books by the likes of Jodi Picoult, Tess Gerritsen and Dean Koontz that I wouldn't know what a well-written book is like! Ahhh just out of curiousity how many of the books on my list have you read?
  7. Gotta disagree with you there, I thought it was well written, gripping and very thought provoking, definitely gets top marks from me.
