  1. The Ghost In The Bride's Chamber by Charles Dickens
  2. I love it when this happens. Reading a book you wouldn't necessarily pick up and enjoying it. I have finished You're The One That I Don't Want by Alexandra Potter. This follows Lucy and her quest to get rid of 'The One.' It was a fun, easy read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be on the look out for more books by this author. Currently reading Darkest Before Dawn by Katie Flynn. I am only on the first chapter, but good so far. Hope everyone is continuing to enjoy their reading.
  3. The Last Battle by C S Lewis I am really glad to have finished this series. I really enjoyed the first 3 to 4 books, but seriously got bored of the last few. Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets by J K Rowling I am loving this series. I plan on reading Blubber by Judy Blume next, after that I am really not sure.
  4. Tehcnically, You Started It sounds rather good. I have added it to my tbr.
  5. I had a great reading month in January and hope for it to continue in February. I am still reading East Of Eden as well as The Silver Chair.
  6. Sorry you didn't enjoy The Couple Next Door. I gave it 2 stars too. I just found it irritating that we the reader found out what had happened then the main character did and we had to go through it all again. Very repetitive. Also the ending if I remember correctly was not at all good and a complete cop out. Glad you enjoyed your latest book though
  7. The Salinas Valley is in Nothern California East Of Eden by John Steinbeck
  8. Peter Pan I did not get the hype with. I can say I was entertained at some points but overall not for me. 2 stars. Are You There God, Its Me Margaret. By Judy Blume. Loved this. I didnt know what to read when I had finished this so I decided to do a test to see and it came out with Harry Potter. So that is what I am reading. Never ever read it before! But I can say I am enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would.

  10. I finished my first book of the year last night. I really enjoyed it. The ending was admittedly predictable, but sometimes it works. I am currently reading Peter Pan. I am not too enthralled.
