Next to that I tried out the new Clay cooking pot I got from a girlfriend and made a Lemon Chicken. It was great. Couscous and Morroccan bread by. A cucumber salad and sliced mangos finished it off. Even fish can be done in a tagine. It gives such good flavor. I've done a chicken dish with green olives which was lovely. Quote
