I checked amazon.com and the date of release here stateside is ~ 29 June 2010 (the day before the film is released in the states, as you know ), so you can't look inside peacefield

Yes! Good point, Weave . I had to do that with the New Moon book - pack it away in my trusty box and practically hide it from myself! I'm already mad enough at the Eclipse spoilage I allowed to seep into my poor brain. I'm determined not to look at anything before BD! Nada! Well...

There's only been a few spoilers but that's more than enough! (give us break Summit!!! ) but you have been good and I am sure the movie will have a lot of surprises for us all

I remember reading the first time and being really surprised definitely, a collective applause is required, not the rants of 30 plus Twilight fan

I was surprised too. All that angst must've gotten to her . I'm also very curious as to how they'll get away with some of the imagery of BD. Condon will have to be pretty creative methinks! Especially if teens are supposed to see it.

Don't know if anyone's watching, but they've just announced on the National Movie Awards on ITV1 that they've got a "world exclusive" for Eclipse fans, and as they're showing trailers for other upcoming films, I can only assume they've got a new clip.

- they're streaming the soundtrack for a maximum of 24 hours only. Apparently the Florence track is fantastic and people are not liking Metric & not too keen on the Black Keys track. Guess I'll have to wait until I get my cd next Monday to see if I agree, will be disappointed if I don't like the BK song.

I'm only on the first track, but I heard the Cee Lo Green song earlier today and can definitively say I LOVED it! It was killer. Way .

When I first listened to the New Moon soundtrack I didn't actually like any of the songs, but when I saw them in the actual film a few grew on me, so I'm not going to judge the soundtrack until I see the film this time

Good idea, Lexie. You never know, sometimes songs sound very different when you see it with the film .

 

I love the Black Keys song, and I also really like The Bravery and Cee Lo Green tracks. The Florence & the Machine song too I'm digging!

 

I'm still working my through it, but hopefully I can squeeze in at least one listen of each track before I head out the door.

I am a huge Twilight fan it was what introduced me to the reading world and got me out of the books who needs em stage. I was horrified to find out eclipse the movie was comming out july 9th in england because i am going to germany to visit my exchange partner, but luckily I somehow managed to get into an advanced screening on the 3rd of july. I am super exited

I'm on my second listen-through of the Eclipse soundtrack, which I picked up on my way home today. All I know right now is that the Muse, Cee Lo Green, Black Keys and The Bravery are my most-liked tracks, but there are other clear frontrunners as well. I shall report back later .
