Coffin Nail
Back on Sunday. I really didn't think they'd make this work without Morse, but I really enjoy it. Laurence Fox and Kevin Whately have made a great partnership and although it's not the dark, sordid tales that I usually go for, it's well written, and it hasn't got the same watered down feel that other spin offs have. Top Sunday TV, after my bath and in my fave huge jamas.

nicx27
I love Lewis, and I think the relationship between him and Hathaway is really well done. I never watched Morse though.
pickle
Morse is classic and well worth catching the repeats, I do like Lewis as well though and am glad it works as a series.
Raven
Morse was much better. Though I generally like it, the stories in Lewis don't always hang together very well, and they often seem a bit tongue-in-cheek.
Ooshie
I loved Morse, and was prepared to be disappointed by Lewis, but I actually really enjoy it. Looking forward to the new episodes
Ophelia
I like to watch Lewis, too, although I'm not such a big fan of it as I was of Inspector Morse
Raven
I'm surprised the first question Lewis asks each week isn't "Which one of these people do you know, Hathaway?" He would save himself a helluva lot of time . . .
Coffin Nail
The second question should be; Hathaway, who the hell cut your hair? They made a pigs ear of it! I won't be watching it on a Sunday night anymore. I got sick of all the advert breaks. Every 15 minutes!!!! Drove me batty!
nicx27
The advert breaks were ridiculous. They could have cut the programme down by 30 minutes and still had ample ad breaks. I don't think it was the best episode last night, but still good.
