Nollaig Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 I just treated myself to a lovely dinner of honey and mustard sausages and creamy mash! I have a little slice of chocolate cake for dessert. Quote
bree Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 The last mangoes of the year. I've greedily eaten three - one after the other - and don't feel so good now Quote
bobblybear Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 I love mangoes, but I think three is a bit much in one go! They also get stuck in your teeth! Quote
chaliepud Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 Pie and Mash, perfect dinner for this horrible weather! Quote
muggle not Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Saturday evening we went to dinner at an Irish restaurant. I had "bangers and mash" for the first time. It was very good. We will go back to this restaurant as the people were nice and the food was very good. last night for dinner I had stuffed peppers (huge bell peppers from my garden). It was one of the best meals of stuffed peppers that I have had that I can remember. Quote

We will go back to this restaurant as the people were nice and the food was very good. I find this funny as bangers and mash is a traditional English meal! Bacon, cabbage and mash would be more like an Irish meal! Or an Irish stew! I just had a yummy slice of chocolate cake Quote
Coryographies Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 I just finished a watercress tomato and avacado salad, with an egg I'd say something about it being healthy, but I had an instant noodle pot about an hour before... and I think there was an oreo eaten some time... Quote

bree Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 I'm eating strepsils Aww If you're up to it, do try drinking some ginger tea - with a splash of honey. This usually chases my colds away in a day. That, and plenty of sleep. Hope you feel better soon. Quote
