Maureen Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 A Maltese traditional dish - Bragioli. It is made of a slice of beef containing hard boiled eggs, parsley, bacon, and mozzarella then rolled up and secured with toothpicks and popped in gravy in the oven. Served with mashed potatoes and salad, and crusty bread to mop up the gravy. NO Leftovers.
Nollaig Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 I had a sub while I was out, but I was quite good - normally I get chicken toasted with extra cheese, stuffing, BBQ sauce, all that jazz. I got honey oat bread, chicken, lettuce, onion and just a tiny bit of sweet chili sauce. It went down very well, actually (stomach is dodgy lately in case that sounds weird). So I'm happy.
Rawr Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 I had chicken pieces, roast potatoes and beans earlier
Raven Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 I really need a bigger fork for this stir fry . . .

Kell Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Pork, sage and apple sausages with colcannon, caramelised apples and honey-roasted parsnips with a red wine and caramelised onion gravy. It was absolutely divine, if I do say so myself!
