Talisman Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 We had our main meal at lunch time today - a large and rather tasty vegetable stir fry with brown rice, carrots, red pepper, mange tout and baby corn with scrambled eggs mixed in.

RCee Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 I think I will make pizza tonight. I was out last night and had a 'healthy' option pasta while everyone else was eating pizza and it was agony
SweetiiPie85 Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 Tonight it's lentil and chickpea curry with chapatis for us.
BookJumper Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 Comfort food combo: duck mini spring-rolls, breaded butterfly prawn skewers, satay chicken skewers and strawberry cheesecake to cap it all off.
Mac Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 This night, I am cooking for my girlfriend, my cousin and his girlfriend this: Risotto with peas and asparagus, lemon fried chicken and (get this!) broccoli from my own garden! How cool is that!?! I also have in a good stock of wine and beer, so this is also on the menu. I believe Andrew's bringing a selection of cheeses. He informed me that he's bringing some holy cheeses. Cheeses of Nazareth, apparently...
Inver Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 I cooked some past earlier so off to make up a salad with it, peppers, cuc and some mayo and yog dressing and pop in some chicken.
Peacefield Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 He informed me that he's bringing some holy cheeses. Cheeses of Nazareth, apparently... I believe this would be a good time to break out the Jesus toast, Mac . I'm having the same as Inver later, a nice salad with chicken, peas, pasta and other goodies in it! Yum-o.
