supergran71 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Four healthy living crackers and a small chocolate Oh Nici you have to eat more than that, even if you are overweight. Visit Rosemary Conley's website for some great ideas on Lunches and dinners. Quote
supergran71 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Ham roll with lettuce, coleslaw and 1 tomato and yes it is approved by Rosemary!!! Quote
Nici Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Don't worry Supergran, I wasn't very hungry thats why I only had that - I could have gone and got a sandwich if I wanted to! Quote
JudyB Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Homemade lentil and carrot soup - determined to get those fat levels down. Quote
angerball Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 ^Yum, I love egg! I had a ham roll, and a banana for lunch today. I've been trying to eat something more filling than usual, as by hometime I'm just starving! :thud:The banana did the trick - filled me right up! Yummy too! Quote
kitty_kitty Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Fruit and a cheese and tomato wrap Quote
kitty_kitty Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Prawn cocktail and lettuce wrap. Your wrap sounds nicer than mine!!! Quote
Nici Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I love wraps - I could eat anything in them! Quote
kitty_kitty Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I love them too, sometimes if i eat bread especially wire bread at lunch time it can make me tired and grumpy in the afternoon but wraps do not do that Quote
Guest ii Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I'm with you there, Nici. Although I can't help but wonder, why is something suddenly so much tastier when it's wrapped up? I mean, it's the same stuff! Just like a sandwitch made by someone else is always better than the exactly same sandwitch made by you. Weird... Oh, and I had mini Weetabix for lunch. Chocolate kind. happyanddandy Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Well I had a wrap too! I bought a Tesco Healthy Options low fat thingy chicken and some tomato goo and I had Weight Watchers low fat cheesy wotsits with it. And guess what? No fat or low fat meant I was starving by 4pm so I had a toffee chocolate biscuit thing with a cup of tea Quote
Echo Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I brought home a roasted chicken from Fred Meyer. The flavor was "Country Dijon". I don't know about that, but it was good! Quote
muggle not Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 I had a ham and turkey and cheese 'sub' heated and it was not very good. Will not buy it again from that restaurant. Quote
