Icecream Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 fish curry tonight from a recipe book. Never done it before, hope it's nice (We've had to improvise some ingredients which just weren't available in Asda ) Sounds gorgeous. Improvising can be good:)
supergran71 Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Going out tonight with the U3A supper club to local Thai restarant.
~Andrea~ Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Sounds gorgeous. Improvising can be good:) Unfortunately it was ... hmm ... not disgusting, I mean it was edible, but we certainly won't be having it again. I think our fatal mistake was doing without the tamarind in the er ... Tamarind fish curry. Oops

~Andrea~ Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Lol! Actually we replaced curry leaves with curry powder and coriander and lemon sole with cod. No comments please

Echo Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I might grill up a small chicken breast and make a little sandwich out of it, with some tomato soup on the side.
