Guest fireball Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 No, but I'll bet the cat or dog was on it's best behaviour though.!
~Andrea~ Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Tonight something easyish, pasta with chopped ham, veggies and a stir in sauce, and side salad. Nice and healthy after all the sweets (which I am still getting through)
Nici Posted December 30, 2007 Author Posted December 30, 2007 Filled pasta with stilton crumbled on top.
Louiseog Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Hungry then, were you, Louise? Just a little snackette!!!
Roland Butter Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Boiled bacon, boiled potatoes, greens, mashed swede. V. nice, too, and still leaves room for chocolate .....
nicnic Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Turkey and Gammon pie, lovely gravy, puff pastry. Yum!
Lilywhite Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 I've taken some mince out of the freezer this morning so it will be a bolognese or lasagne for tea tonight. Depends how tired and hungry I am when I get home from work.
Heather Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 potato soup and brisket with carrots and potatoes
Echo Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 My dad is either going to make us some parmesan chicken with pasta, or we'll just pick up a rotisserie chicken at the market.
~Andrea~ Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Oh last night we made our own lentil and spinach dhal. It was lovely, but quite spicy. We had it with rice, pitta bread and a chicken curry (chicken and veggies and a jar of balti sauce) Tonight it will be pasta
happyanddandy Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Snap Fand C - I have just made Massoor dhal and we shall have it like soup with French bread
Guest ii Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Just ordered in from my favourite restaurant, as I can't even beging to bother to prepare something. And after spending time with BF I need something red. Preferably still bleading. So a big big steak and a salad. And just maybe a nice class of wine... hmm...
~Andrea~ Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Snap Fand C - I have just made Massoor dhal and we shall have it like soup with French bread Yum!! I love Dhal with bread. There is something very satisfying about making your own curries. We have a great book of healthy curries and have made quite a few from there. (They are quite easy recipes which helps)
happyanddandy Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Yum!! I love Dhal with bread. In front of the kids I call it lentil soup and don't tell them has cumin, coriander and asafetida in it otherwise they wouldn't eat it
Echo Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 I really just want to order some pizza. We don't have any food here in the house, and I'm not keen on scraping something together with random fruit cocktail and tuna. Ew! I actually grossed myself out!
angerball Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 Last night was Macca's (naughty! ); I think tonight is pizza for hubby and spinach and ricotta tortellini for moi!
