It is difficult to explain why a person likes certain music and not another. Many people today do not like music that was popular in the 40's or 50's, and I really can't stand hip-hop music. One person's love for a certain song or type music is another person's dislike.

 

I do not like the sound to Achy Brreaky Heart,  It  grates on my ears.  Also do not like the lyrics.. Most people in Country Music rejected Billy Ray for his style of music and the sound it produced.

The lyrics are particularly silly, as Muggle has shared, but the music is pretty annoying too.

Entirely personal taste. I'm not a fan of the Beatles at all, which shows my opinions differ widely from the mainstream 😅
