For not instrumental ones, I've always loved Go the Distance from the Disney version of Hercules, and the Phil Collins song You'll be in my heart they used for Tarzan. The Lionking of course! Best song that was in a movie? Seems to me maaaaany songs have been featured in movies, so I would rather answer to best original score. Otherwise my head would spin!
