  1. He's one of my fave authors as well, glad I've found someone that likes him! I'm really enjoying Stone's Fall and glad you loved it. I've read some of his books before as well, The Discovery of Painting and The Raphael Affair.
  2. Hey,

Do excuse the late reply. I have only just seen them. Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and I had a great day!

    Regards,

    Ben

  3. I am hoping to get the whole 21 book box set of Enid Blyton's Famous Five. I have ordered it on Ebay for a very cheap £45!
  4. I've just finished reading Famous Five and Five Get Into Trouble by Enid Blyton. I'm going to start reading Five Go Off to Camp now. I do love this series of books and Enid Blyton in general because I like how simplistic her writing is. I know some people can be critical of that but I love it!
  5. I've just finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It took me two weeks because it's such a long book. I do love it and I think it's the best in the whole series by a mile and I'm glad the ending was happy!
  6. I'm currently reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the third time. I've just read the chapter when Kreacher tells Harry, Ron and Hermione about his horcrux tale.
  7. I'm watching as many Christmas films on the TV as I can. I had a marathon yesterday with The Saunta Clause 1, Dr Dolittle, Shrek 1 and The Chronicles Of Narnia. Today I've seen Casper, The Santa Clause 2, Cars and now I'm preparing to watch The Chronicles Of Narnia, Prince Caspian.
  8. I'm reading The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S Lewis !
  9. It's a disgrace. We had by far the best bid and yet we still lose out. Fifa are corrupt and as long as Blatter is FIFA President we will never get a World Cup!

Overall a stunning first day for England. We bowled really well, especially James Anderson. It really was a dream start when we had them 2-3. A bit of a shame that Hussey and Haddin were there to save them again to a degree but England are still in a very strong postion!
  11. I can't drive yet. In the process of trying to get a test. For now I go on a train most of the time to get to uni. Having problems with them at the moment because of all the snow!
  12. I was born in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, West Wales but moved when I was quite young over to Northwich in North West England where my familly have located themselves ever since!
  13. I'm 18, soon to be 19 on January 9th!
  14. Pasta bake tonight with mozarella cheese, onions, tomatoes and veg. For desert a slice of jam sponge cake.
  15. Dispicable Me - 4/10 For all the hype it was a little dissapointing. A poor man's version of Toy Story 3 I'm afraid.
  16. Toy Story 3 7/10 This is my gulity pleasure. I love pixar films generally. It is such a sad film. My girlfriend was crying in my shoulders. I had to make sure I had another hankerchiefs. But I think a third films is as far as it can go because the format does get a little bit tiring and if you look at the success of second and third films they on a lot of occasions do no where near as good as the first ones. Great film overall!
  17. Yeah, of large I agree with your comments. I don't think it beat the film though.
