I use to use my local one a lot but there is so little in it and i got fed up of having to pay

I used to go to a local reading group and the first book in this series was one we tried I often find Kings book difficult to get into, but i did like the first book of this series and ended up getting all the others. Personally i think some books are better than others. And i was annoyed that King wrote himself into the series and tried to link instances from other books into this series - that was a cheat i think And the ending ......... well if you;ve not got that far i wont spoil it for you but i was so annoyed

Ive read some books by this author and not liked them, however, i do like this book I like the brothers, its amusing at times too and i like the imagination of the author:mrgreen:

I have read this series a few years ago, its one of the ones i read when i first tried fantasy books, so its a little while since i read it I remember enjoying the idea of how the magic worked in this world and the talking animals, loved that idea:mrgreen:

I love this series, its one of my favourites, definately gets better Im up to book 11 :lol:

Ive read a few books by Bishop and enjoyed most of them The Black Jewel series is one of my favourites by her and I was ever so pleased to see her return to this series Im currently waiting for the paper back release of The Shadow Queen:mrgreen:

I didnt mind most of the Twilight books But this book, i couldnt even finish. I found it rambled on too much

I prefer the books in her series that are based on the werewolves, i really connected well with those characters Some of the other books I like, but some just dont do it for me I do like the YA series she has started Darkest Powers series, im waiting for book 3 to come out. Has anyone else tried this series?

Ive read some of her books and really enjoyed them, especially the Tawny Man series But such as the Liveship series I couldnt connect with and I didnt like Soldier Son either There is a new series out by her -Dragon Keeper being the first book Has anyone read it?

Ive tried various books by this author and couldnt get into them However, i did enjoy the Dark Tower series - though i felt cheated at the ending And The Stand is the only other book ive enjoyed I have enjoyed the TV/Movies based on his books better

Ive never found a book disturbing, but I did find China Mieville's works so different that at times I cant even image what he's writing Some of his books go right over my head, but some i love

Im going to be one of the un-original ones here and have to say Lord of the Rings I still have my illustrated copy and its over 10 years since i read it

I discovered this series after watching Season 1 of True Blood I think I had heard of it prior, but not gotten around to trying it I do quite like the books, have read up to book 6 so far since i started reading them in January Some i think are more entertaining than others. I prefer Eric has a character to Bill, probably because i feel he may have more back story too, be nice to have more back story with the vampires Little concerned to see Sookie going from a well brought up woman, careful about how she gets involved with - to a hussy Spacks a bit of the Anita Blake series, and i do hope it doesnt get that bad
