I was expecting there to be more to the battle scenes but agree that they probably couldn't afford it. I do think Ygritte is a bit irritating in the show though which I didn't in the books and I really wish Sansa would grow a back bone though I know she doesn't.
How good would that be? Your own personal bookshop? Books I like - Books I don't like.
I would never have to read the back and hope for the best ever again!
I think the second series was kind of boring in the middle - its a zombie show - I want to see people getting eaten!!
Not that I'm blood thirsty at all or anything
I have recently changed jobs. I'm at the same insurance brokers but I'm now in customer services.
Dream job? Some days it feels like anything but this!!!
Hemlock Elffrost
She is cheerful and friendly.
She lives close to vixen and badger sets.
She is only seen during the first snow of winter.
She wears black and white like a badger and has transparent green wings like a cicada.
I started and finished Dead Reckoning today, it was nice to have my Sookie fix. I will be picking up The Ancient Curse by Valerio Massimo Manfedi again as I dropped it like a hot stone when my Amazon arrived!
Apologies if there is already a thread but I had a quick look and couldn't find one.
I'm not really fussy about any particular historical event but I'm fascinated by the whole What If? thing. Like what if Jesus hadn't been sentenced to death? What if the Nazi's won? What if Henry 8th's first wife had had a son?
All suggestions welcome
Re-read Dead in the Family ready for the next installment and am currently reading Awakened the latest (I think) House of Night book.
