  1. Egg whites and some cucumber slices
  2. Hey now, she is my icon! I sleep wearing her early 90's concert t-shirt every night while I listen to 'All By Myself'. *Tear* If only my dream of seeing her in concert (so I can try to jump the barricade with a scissors in hand to snip a lock of her hair) would come true! *sigh's dramatically*
  3. I'll usually start skim reading towards the end of books and end up missing whole little chunks that I have to force myself to go back and read before going on. Many times I've read the ending and then gone back to properly read the last chapter.
  4. Basil black and white or colored
  5. Some infomercial for a vaccum. I dropped the remote and am too lazy to find it atm.
  6. Glee Season 1
  7. Holy cow, I just realized that it's 7:30 and I haven't eaten supper yet. Hmm... time to go rummaging since I don't feel like cooking the chicken and veggies as planned. Maybe some canned tuna and a juice box.
  8. One of my favourite villians is The Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz (also known as Elphaba in Wicked, though she is more the herione of that particular book). Her role is iconic and has been portrayed and created more times over than most other villians or characters in general ever will be. Another great one who always makes me smile in that 'awkward reading' sort of way is Mr. Wickham from Pride and Prejudice. He is one of those characters that just makes you cringe whenever his parts come up!
  9. Drive Coffee house or pub
  10. Shower Shower at night or in the morning
  11. It is at home. A wafer cookie with peanut butter between the wafers and dipped in chocolate.
  12. This is just so heartbreaking and sick. It just blows my mind that some cultures are so negligent of their women and children, particularly when it is a female child! http://www.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/meast/04/09/yemen.child.bride.death/index.html?hpt=T2
  13. Do it! They take a lot of practice, but they tend to become fun little party tricks when you can master them
  14. I cheat a little bit with those. Bend it in the middle with your teeth and then hold one end in your teeth (the stems facing the back of your throat) and wrap one end around the other and then work it with your tongue until it's far enough down to let go, then work the knot as tight as you can before taking it out of your mouth.
  15. It's easy! the trick is to hold it in your teeth, you don't want it to get soggy at all because than its really hard. Put the opening down and use your bottom teeth to scrape each triangle open, don't use your tongue or let it touch it at all, once the triangles are both open then use your bottom teeth and scrape the middle until the whole half side of the wrapper is open, then use your tongue and pull the wrapper off with it.
  16. Oh that's easy once you've got the formula figured out. Can you unwrap a Starburst in your mouth? That's always a great party trick I had to each all of my campers one summer how to do it.
  17. No idea, I've been able to do it since I was little. I can also turn my tongue upside down and cross my eyes, both and only one at a time. I think that is pretty unique (and wicked awesome!) Noll!
  18. It was very interesting! Which ones did you get to see? I'm hoping to see Windsor Castle (#10 on the list) Warwick Castle (#2) and the Tower of London (#1) when I'm over in June. Hopefully it will all work out! I'm now watching a Glee Season 1 marathon
  19. Chicken breast and some veggies, maybe green beans or kidney beans or some form of bean.
  20. The mojo is MIA today so no reading so far. It would be nice to finish Heresy this weekend, my TBR pile is like a giant hot fudge sundae with extra cherries on top- hard to resist!
  21. Britian's Top 10 Castles
  22. Good luck, JCW, sounds like you're on a good track so far with the stirfry You're a lucky man, vodkafan! *Is jealous* I actually went in to have some blood work done today because my doctor thinks I may have a thyroid problem. Hopefully the results will help somehow.
  23. 1. My roommate and I look so similar that her niece and nephew (ages 8 and 9) often call her Abby by mistake. 2. Big goldfish freak me out. I won't eat at a Chinese restaurant if they have a goldfish tank. 3. My eyes change color depending on what I'm wearing and how the lighting is. Outside they are always green and inside they are usually blue. They are green more often than blue, though. 4. I'm the shortest person in my whole family (5'2) My brother is a full foot taller than me and all my cousins are over 5'8. 5. I can wiggle both of my eyebrows (together and seperately), my ears and twitch my nose like Samantha from Bewitched all at the same time.
