Actually, a liquid diet isn't all that bad. The one I'm doing is very a very loose one. Basically what I'm doing is a Slim Fast shake (190 calories) for breakfast, prune juice, cranberry juice, vegetable juice and water throughout the day and a bowl of tomato basil soup (200 calories) for supper. The total calorie intake will be roughly 1000 cal/day and the prune and cranberry juice will help (hopefully) flush out the junk from my body. After a week of this I'll add meat, eggs and solid veggies back in.
