Started The Last Witchfinder tonight and its a bit different than I had expected, but very good so far

Today at work my boss gave me one of the Barnes and Noble Nooks to test out for the weekend. I am loving it much more than I ever thought I would and am pretty sure that I'll be purchasing one of my own pretty soon

Wow, I can't believe so many people don't like/can't eat grapes! I love 'em and have no problems with the skin. Yum, I wish I had grapes now.
The skin is so... sourish. *blech*
Another grapes thing- they HAVE to be cold.

Quite a few of us have been reading To Kill a Mockingbird the past few weeks because this year is the 50th anniversary. Hope you enjoyh it as its one of my all time favorites -

Is it Paul? Ugh, I always get Paul and John mixed up for some reason. The notebooks and the album I have are the uncensored ones, but I did notice a poster in a store that didn't have it.

I like grapes but often peel all the skin off before eating them because it's icky. Since this is too much work I rarely buy grapes.
A couple days ago I learned that The Beatles Abbey Road picture is actually censored (the authentic, non censored ones have John holding a cigarette, censored ones do not have a cigarette). I'm now obsessed with finding the non-censored pics.
Most of my dreams involve trees in some major way, like them chasing me or squishing me or being angry at me.
I spend way too much time online.
I find kilts and nerd glasses very sexy.

I have a Zombie book which is set in Texas called dead City I think. Let me know if you think it is your sort of thing and I'll email you the name etc. I can't think off the top of my head. I also Karin Slaughter seriires is set in Georgia. Jack kerley's books are ser in Alabama. Urm... I know I have more haha.

I'll have to put those on the list. I believe you've mentioned Karin Slaughter to me a few times. I won an advanced copy of A Secret Kept by Tatiana deRosnay on Twitter earlier and am really excited to read it. The synopsis is:

I'm really looking forward to reading this one. The reviews so far are very good, hopefully it holds up!
Unfortunately before moving to Fargo I ended up selling off a majority of my books. Most were ones that I had read but with things so uncertian I also sold off some that were on my TBR pile that I really wanted to read. Now that things are starting to settle down a bit I think I'm going to invest in a Barnes and Noble Nook. For employees they're only 119.00 and you have access 100's of free books. With how unstable things tend to be in my life, that may be a good option right now, even though I love the smell and feel of a 'real' book.

Today is proof that books are good luck
I was sitting in Barnes and Noble oogling the pretty books when I got offered a job there.Tuesday when I start (and my employee discount starts EEP!) I will celebrate by buying a lovely stack of new bookies!!!Also, I got home to discover that McMillian Audio chose me to recieve an advanced audio book of A Secret Kept by Tatiana de Rosnay. It looks really good so I can't wait to recieve it

How about something where the mind, regardless of time and space, is what is most important. Use things/animals such as dolphins and other aquatic life who are essentially free from gravity, or rocks in their solitude, unable to move themselves... but who says they don't 'think' and love?

Wow, what a list, Echo! Looks like we'll be seeing you again sometime around Christmas, eh?
I'm still playing around with the eReader Barnes and Noble gave me to test out. Been reading The Last Witchfinder on it and am really liking both the book and the electronic gizmo.
