Finished The Secret History ~ Donna Tartt last night and although i enjoyed it i'm glad it's finished. Just started Never Let Me Go ~ Kazuo Ishiguro this morning.

I bought Pig Island when it first came out and got about halfway through, and then gave up. Then a few months ago i gave it another go, got a little further and then gave up again. Although i usually love books like this it was just a little too bizarre for me.

Inside is about the baby isnt it? If i remember rightly i had a hard time trying to get a copy and gave up. Might have a look for one on ebay then Yup that's the scene im talking about, and nothing in this world would make me sit through it again. It makes me cringe just thinking about it. Why it had to be quite so graphic or last so long is beyond me.
