  1. I also hated Rhianna with a passion, when she was ALWAYS on the radio. Umbrella was everywhere. Not. even. kidding. Everywhere I went, Umbrella kept playing and playing. The shops, the tv, the internet, the radio. And yet again, repetition. And her voice really gets in your head, and it's so whiny and goat-like.
  2. ^Haha me and my friends used to sing that song all the time til we got tired of it xD Anything by Lady Gaga should be stripped down from the charts, thrown into a fire, put the ashes in the jar then feed it to a shark. SO. DAMN. REPETITIVE. CAN'T SHE BLEEPING THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE TO SING. SERIOUSLY?! Papa..Papa.. paparazzi! p-p-p-p-p-p-p-pokerface...face... /bangs head against a wall JUST. SHUT UP. D:< And I HATE..HATE those rap songs that just goes on about sex OVER AND OVER AND OVER again. GOSH. That's not even music. ANYONE can say random stuff about sex and put beats on it. Seriously. Same with techno. The only rapper I like is Eminem, that's because he has songs that actually mean stuff. Sorry for the rage, btw. Needed to say that.
  3. The first advert I saw when we first moved to Australia was this And I was like O_O What an awesome awesome ad. >_< Fave ad ever

  5. I'm a twenty something year old chick living in her dead grandma's house, who can read minds in Bon Temps in the arms of a rather charming vampire.
  6. I knew what a mycologist was when I read A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Grim Grotto. Aww yeah.
  7. I haven't seen much musicals on stage yet, just the movie musicals. When I was a kid, I saw heaps of on stage ones though, but I hardly remember them. I often thought of the theatre as boring back then. Musicals I have not seen often intrigue me though. I get the soundtrack instead, that's the closest I can get to watching Le Musicals. Therefore, I like the soundtracks of Wicked, A Chorus Line, Phantom of the Opera (FAVE), Sweeney Todd, Mamma Mia (ABBA!!), Next to Normal and countless other ones. I really hate how Broadway isn't really a big thing in Australia. I wanna go to New York or wherever just to see all those awesome Broadway musicals. LITTLE MERMAID! D: Lion King.. Only in my dreams, sire.
  8. mac, That made me smile xD ^Oh my god, that video was EVERYWHERE. Wow. xD Five facts! 1. I am afraid of the dark. I have a big imagination, and I constantly imagine that monsters will surge from the dark abyss and attack me. One reason for my insomnia. 2. I don't leave my back open when I'm sleeping. I always somehow have to put either a pillow on it, or lean it against a wall. Paranoid, much O_O 3. When I'm sad, I take a shower. 4. When I ponder over stuff, I often stroke my chin like I'm stroking a non-existent beard.... Yeah, I don't know. 5. I growl at stuff when I'm annoyed at it. Must've been a habit I got from my dog?
  9. Haha yeah, I thought the Sookie Stackhouse series was going to be just concentrating on sex, actually, because that's what the TV series projected, but apparently not. If anything, it lacks it. Hope you'll enjoy them Oh wow, now I can't wait to read The Girl Who Played With Fire. I looked up the author if he had any other books and was really really bummed to hear that apparently the series was supposed to have ten books in it, but sadly the author died. That really sucks.
  10. Finished with the Dead Until Dark book, hella good. O__O Can't wait to read the second one. I also started The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson a few days ago. Almost finished-- CAN'T WAIT TO KNOW THE ENDING, btw. HELLA GOOD book. Sorry for the caps. That was needed. Anywho. I will be putting The Girl Who Played With Fire on my list. Because I can't not. K. Bye.
  11. I thought 2012 was very hard to endure. That was so frustrating to watch for me.
  12. So sorry D: I have lost my mo-jo, but I think now I'm slowly getting to finding it. I also stay away from this forum whenever I lose my mo-jo. xD Anywho. how's it going?

  13. Finishing Dead Until Dark tonight/this morning. Can't wait for the ending. Really liking this.. Thinking of buying the whole series instead of borrowing from the library. Thoughts?
  14. I also wanna see Where The Wild Things Are it seems like a movie I'd like. I also wanted to see Paranormal Activity lots of people said it was scary, but now I'm kind of like.. Meh.. too much hype. xD I saw The Invention of Lying a couple weeks back, it was.. slow. Good storyline, bad ending, but very very slow. And I can't remember the other movie I watched before that.. :S
  15. It seemed I had lost my mo-jo for quite some time... I read about Half of Jessica by Bryce Courtenay, got absolutely bored and just gave up.. But then I saw Dead Until Dark and thought I'd give it a go. And I did, and it's awesome. Almost finished.
  16. I saw the remake of FAME a few weeks back. Wasn't really that good. :S Don't really see the point of making a remake. Ah well. The dances were purrtty good though.
  17. Almost finished with Mao's Last Dancer, after MONTHS and MONTHS of reading through it page by page.
  18. I've lost my mojo again Haven't picked up a book in ages, the last one I picked up was Mao's Last Dancer but I wasn't really dedicated to that. Ridiculous, this is.
  19. welcome, welcome, welcome to the forum ;D ;D
  20. I reckon LOTR was one of the best ones ever. And Atonement was pretty good. My Sister's Keeper was okay, although I was enraged by the ending. Hmmmm. Boy In Striped Pyjamas stayed pretty true to the book. ;D and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was sooooooooooooo much better than all of the other movies combined. So good. I haven't seen To Kill A Mockingbird yet, although I loved the book very much. Gonna have to remind myself to see that.
  21. I get exactly what you mean. And I hate the happy endings too. ugh. So predictable and so pointless. Like, what the hell is the point of telling a story of a couple like going through all this **** and then in the end, they're just gonna live happily ever after. D:<

That's only okay for disney classics.

  22. Oh, Wall-E was okay. In the end him and Eve started to sound a bit redundant though, all they said was Wallllll EEEE?!?! EEEEVEEE?!?!?! But then, they ARE robots after all. xD

Yeah, for me, all the movies in general are a bit crappy nowadays, apart from maybe the book adaptations. Like, the chick flicks, the comedies, the actions. They are so old now, and often not original.

  23. Tell me about it man. They're running out of ideas. I don't even bother watching some of the new stuff. Ridiculous.

  24. Yahuh, when I have kids, they're definitely not gonna grow up not knowing who Belle is. OR any of the other disney princesses either. and I'm sure as hell not gonna let them grow up not seeing the awesome classics like Sound of Music and Mary Poppins. Cause I think that's just a crime. xD

  25. I'm loving your avvie. Belle= <3
