  8. Oh, absolutely. Charlize "Charlie" Edwards certainly knows, in theory, what it takes to lead a successful and happy life. She owns a nice house in Silverlake, LA's trendiest neighborhood. She has glamorous and loyal friends who accompany her to the hottest clubs in town. And she works as the personal assistant to Drew Stanton, Hollywood's sexiest movie star. But she's also turning 30, chronically single, and faced with serving as maid of honor at her younger sister's wedding. Charlie finds herself struggling to juggle the chaos of wedding planning (while wondering if she'll ever wear the white dress herself), her all-consuming job for lunatic boss Stanton, and a serious crush on Jordan, a photographer on the set of Drew's latest feature--a man who might actually return her feelings. A page-turner from start to finish, A Total Waste of Makeup puts a fresh face on women's fiction. (from amazon.com) The book was amazing, in my opinion. Definitely makes you feel good if you are feeling down about yourself, as this author has a way of making you feel better about little things women worry about in life Its a cute, easy, interesting read.
  9. I never took a driving test on the road. I took an exam at school and passed and I got my permit to drive with my parents when I was 17 on November 4th (lol i lied i forgot i was 17 not 16, but still) and then I had to drive for 6 mons with my permit and then at 17 1/2 i got my license and that summer my parents bought me a car :)

  10. baby spinach with some romaine lettuce, strawberries, almonds and peanuts, raisins with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  11. ham, pineapple stuffing, layer salad (bacon, lettuce, mayo, sour cream, cheese, etc), kielbasa, galumpkies (meat and rice baked inside of cabbage), baked macaroni and cheese, snowflake rolls, green been casserole, potato salad, layer pretzel cake (so amazing, my mom bakes it. its frozen strawberries hardened in strawberry jell-o ontop of a layer of cream cheese and cool whip onto top of a layer of crushed pretzels baked in butter sauce..sooo good) among other desserts people bring. yes, its a feast.
  12. what's "mots"? and how much does it cost to use public transportation? I couldn't imagine waiting for that every day! and yeah driving since 16 has been wonderful :) i have a honda civic 2002, green (in color lol)

  13. oh wow that's insane. i've been driving since I was 16! but i can imagine public transportation being big over there. as for here, forget it. i live 8 mins just from a grocery store and 25 mins from school and it would just be too much money to pay for public transportation if it even ran around my towns, which it doesnt. lol

  14. love that song :) lol yes i can drive! can't you?

  15. decent. i went to my school (even though i didn't have class) for an advising meeting and my advisor's house apparently caught fire last night so i drove there for nothing. now im hanging with my best friend :) jamming to some britney spears lol typical girls :P

  21. RHCP's new cd is alright, honestly it doesn't compare to their older stuff. you lived in a pub?! or you mean like above one?

  22. i'm in love with music :) my dad was in a country band back in the late 80's/90's and i would go with him to his gigs, so fun! so i grew up loving country and classic rock because of my dad. but i love EVERYTHING, literally. i'm currently listening to three days grace. idk if you know them. but i love mellow music like matthew good, damien rice, david gray. of course i love the occasional britney spears (im a sucker i know). i love the red hot chilli peppers and radiohead and rage against the machine. i could go on and on. any favs?
