I thought it was a bit better this week. Not sure if I like Isabella though?!
-
I had a jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw - yum yum.
-
Yay Stephanie! I am glad that you are enjoying the book. Which bit have you got to?
-
I loooooooved Sweet Valley High - I even watched the tv series
-
It keeps happening with a lot of the American shows - I think that it could be because of all of the writers strikes they had. Very annoying!
-
Ugh pretty much sums it up Miss Whitlock!
-
I didn't like
the way she looked when she died - was a bit odd!
-
Did you expect it to happen though Lucybird?!
-
Snap Leah! First book forum that I came on, so it must have been fate!
-
Yes!!!
Couldn't believe that they killed off poor Edie. What a way to go....
-
Yeah I agree it was too perfect but I did like the moment during the battle where they think it's hopeless and they're saying goodbye to each other and Edward says to Jacob 'Goodbye....my son', I was a bit, aww that's sooo cuteeee. I think it makes it easier that it's not a sexual attraction, more like a big brother than just wants her to be happy.
I didn't like the
"Goodbye....my son" bit - did Edward forget that Jacob was trying to woo Bella for the previous two books? I think Bella was selfish in BD, it was all about her and Renesme and poor Edward was a broken vampire. Stephenie should have left out the pregnancy bit and just focused on Bella becoming a vampire (finally!) and how that changed her life with Edward
-
I didn't really like Bella in BD. I quite liked her
mind bubble thing as I liked the end where Edward FINALLY got to hear her thoughts. All in all, I think that Bella is quite a selfish character.
I hope you enjoy the books Stephenie.
I spotted someone reading NM at work today, so I felt the need to go and introduce myself although I hadn't spoken to her before.
-
Me too Lexie. I also would have liked it if
if hadn't all been so easy for her? I would like to have been told more about how it felt to be a new vamp.
-
I am re-reading Breaking Dawn at the moment, just got to the bit where
Bella becomes a vampire
-
lol!! That is funny! If only it would happen! I am happy for any Cullen male, I am not fussy.
-
I agree Miss Whitlock - some of it was gross
-
You have got some really good books on there! I also have Interview with a Vampire on my TBR pile.
-
I never knew that! I will have a read later.

I love Lost so much. I have noticed that a lot of the storylines are based around
peoples fathers. Jack & Claire's dad is there, Ben's dad, Miles' dad, Locke was in a wheelchair becuase of his dad, Penny's dad, Ben and Alex's relationship
, do we think this is a coinsidence or am I clutching it at straws? I don't even know who is good and who is bad anymore!
-
Definately!!!
-
Sweet Valley High - me too!!! That is bringing back some memories. I used to watch the series too *shudders*

I'm not sure what I'm having tonight, but it won't be anything complicated I'll tell you that right now! I'm in no mood to cook, so I bet it'll just be popcorn
.
Oh darn! I just realized I have asparagus in the fridge that I need to eat. Ugh. Hopefully it'll last until tomorrow.
An asparagus and popcorn combo? Tasty!
I had stirfry tonight.

Me too Peacefield - the build up is the best bit!!

I have been re-reading the books (again) and when you re-read Twilight, you realise how many really nice moments were not included in the film. Like in the meadow, they lie together and Bella touches Edward for the first time etc. Also, when she almost passes out in Biology when they have to prick their fingers and Edward comes to her rescue, again missed out. My main gripe with the film is that the two characters spoke about twice and then were in love. There was no build up.
Robin Hood back on Saturday finally

I hadn't thought of that Mia!
What do you think will happen
now that the Guy thinks the Sheriff is dead?
