  1. Oh i see. My reading skills appear to be diminishing.
  2. I remember Five go to Smugglers Top, i loved a lot of these
  3. I'm having crispy chicken, croquettes, sweetcorn and gravy :Q
  4. 'A regurgitating toilet?' 'Anti-Muggle pranksters,' said Mr Weasley, frowning. 'We had two last week, one in Wimbledon, one in Elephant and Castle. Muggles are pulling the flush and instead of everything disappearing - well, you can imagine. The poor things keep calling in those - pumbles, i think they're called - you know, the ones who mend pipes and things.' Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, J K Rowling.
  5. I always hated how Snape despised Harry from the very first moment he met him. Like, if he had treated Harry with respect (which is beyond Snape's capability for anyone i think) and just didn't unfairly give him such a hard time because of things his dad did, which Harry couldn't possibly help, nor did he even know about their rivalry! Maybe he could have found some redemption for
  6. And HAHA if he got any more mental torture with death, there would have to have been a last novel; Harry Potter and the Long Road Out of St Mungo's...
  7. Leland Chapman, that sounds like Dog the Bounty Hunter!! I hope i never dream about him, he's pretty scary with his bushy blonde hair. I actually had a dream recently about the Dark Tower, it was interesting. Sometimes it seems like a dream when your reading that series, you get so caught up in it.
  8. See, this is one thing i can't understand. I reckon she really hates Harry
  9. I had a chippy I might have some sandwiches later. Tomorrow i think it's mash, sweetcorn and cripsy chicken
  10. I stare blankly at the front cover for a few moments to see if it soaks in and invokes anything, in tandem with the title. Sounds weird, but that's the first thing i do to decide whether i will proceed with checking the blurb
  11. Harry Harry Harry (repeat in Jerry Springer style chant )
  12. Aren't Stephen King inspired dreams great??
  13. Welcome
  14. 'Kids,' Parkins explained patiently. 'You know how they sometimes like to devil new folks. Throw rocks or ring the bell an' run away... that sort of thing.' 'No,' Straker said. 'No children.' 'We seem to kind have misplaced one.' 'Salem's Lot, Stephen King
  15. I could never ever relate to Harry, really i couldn't. He just seems to have no personality! It doesn't help with how Radcliffe bloody portrays him like a wooden, emotionless doll. I love Ron, Hermione and almost every single character J K Rowling created, they are all so wonderful and intriguing, even Malfoy, i think is brilliant! But Harry i never cared for, it sounds insensitive but i'm not trying to be.
  16. I finished this again not too long ago, i very much liked it more on the second read than when i first sped through it. Maybe i actually took the plot in this time rather than being annoyed that i didn't understand what happened
  17. I started this, but put it down which is a bad idea as now i have to re-read it all. Though i am definitely looking forward to it, the whole idea is very very relavent in this modern age i think.
  18. Welcome
  19. I have heard from a few people who have met and talked with her (my sis has even been out to dinner with her with a few others LOL as she was in her masters class for sometime i think) that she is quite a strange character and difficult to talk to. A brilliant poet though.
  20. I r here now! Hallo *wave* :D

  21. I am in awe too! I have never had these 'potato stars' grace my eyes, i must have them!
  22. Welcome to ze forum
  23. Neck ache when you've slept in a stupid way so you end up walking around with your head at an angle like some weirdo.
  24. Great book i wish i could find my darn paperback copy!
  25. I have never seen this before, i love it I remember having this dream probably a couple of years ago where i was exploring some arctic wastes with a talking bear of some sort, i had been really immersed in the story of 'Northern Lights' by Philip Pullman so that was most likely why.
