    Hiya, I started reading 'mums @ home' this afternoon and I am really enjoying it so far, I would just like to thank you for starting up a bookring for it and introducing me to a new author :)

    Hiya all I have just finished reading this book- it is the 4th book in Debbie's Blossom street series. I must say this was 10/10 for me. In the past 3 blossom street books, Debbie writes each chapter to be a different person, whereas in this book, it was mainly about just one person. The Blurb: 'Bookshop owner Anne Marie Roche wants to find happiness again. Her life hasn't turned out as she expected and, recently widowed, she's never felt so alone. On Valentine's day, Anne Marie and several other widows get together to celebrate...what? Hope, possibility, the future.     This 'Elm Creek' series I have never heard of before, but I would love to give it a shot and see Its hard to get hold of books in the library sometimes so I will have to wait and see if they have it

    I haven't read 'Thursdays at eight' yet but I was looking on her website and really liked the look of it, I think this will be on my reading list very soon

    Hehe yeah I love cross stitch, I have only been doing it for about 4 months though, I learned when I was little bit only just got back into it, now im addicted!

    No problem Karen, im glad you have enjoyed the first book, they get better with every book in my oppinion. I am currently reading 'twenty wishes' which is the 4th book and I am enjoying it alot.

    I have ordered the first book of these series from the library the other day, I read them a few years ago but I have completly forgotten the story so I thought it would be good to read them again

    haha! Yeah she has alot of books out, I have only read her Blossom street series before but I ordered the first book of herMidnight Sons from the library yesterday to see what thats like. She is a really good author though, I enjoy her books alot.

    It is meant to be in a series, its the third book. Although you could read it alone because it changes between the different people in each book
